BRIDE CHALI DUBAI — Official Terms & Conditions

• Name: BRIDE CHALI DUBAI
• Entry Period: November 18th, 2025 to December 31st, 2025
• Winner Announcement: January 5, 2026 on @Forever52India (Stories/Feed)

• Open to individual brides posting from their own public Instagram account.
• Residents In India
• Aged 18 years or above at time of entry.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Forever52 or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
• This campaign is void where prohibited by law.

To enter, participants must, during the Entry Period:

• Post one (1) bridal look on Instagram (Reel) during the Entry Period.
• Use Forever52 products for your look (self-makeup or by an artist/salon).
• Tag @Forever52India and tag your MUA/Salon (or write “Self-Makeup”).
• Include all hashtags: #BrideChaliDubai, #Forever52Bride; #GreatIndianWeddingSeason
• Show at least one or more Forever52 product / products in frame of the reel.
• Keep your IG account public until January 15, 2026 for verification purposes.
• Entry limit: Each participant shall submit only one (1) valid entry. In the event of multiple submissions, the most recent post within the Entry Period shall be considered.

• Content must be original, respectful, and not infringe any third-party rights.
• If any other individual appears in the content, the entrant must have obtained their prior consent to post.
• By entering, you grant Forever52 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, repost, edit, adapt, display and promote your submitted content (with appropriate credit) for purposes of promotion, marketing, and publicity in any media, whether digital or print, in connection with this Campaign.

On request, the selected winner may be required to furnish, within 48 hours, the following information:

• Proof of purchase of product, proof of product use, MUA/Salon invoice, hotel booking, printed wedding card etc.
• Government ID for age/residency verification.
• Failure to provide requisite information / proof may result in disqualification.

• One (1) winner will be chosen via random draw from all valid entries on January 5th, 2026.
• Notification shall be made through Direct Message from @Forever52India Instagram handle only. Forever52 never ask for payment, OTPs or any sensitive information
• The selected winner must acknowledge and respond to the notification within 48 hours, failing which Forever52 reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

• Honeymoon in Dubai for two (Husband and Wife).
• Return economy flights from the winner’s nearest major airport in India to Dubai (DXB/DWC)
• 3 nights hotel (minimum 4-star or equivalent), double occupancy
• Airport transfers in Dubai (arrival & departure)
• One romantic dinner for two (set menu at a venue chosen by Forever52)
• Travel Period: March 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026 (Both Dates Inclusive). Blackout dates may apply.
• The Winner must propose three preferred travel date options at least 30 days prior to date of proposed departure.
• Prize is non-transferable, not-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable.
• If visas/passports are invalid or travel is not possible within the window, Forever52 reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
• Exclusions: visas/immigration fees, travel insurance, meals (except as stated herein), gratuities, incidentals, local transport beyond stated inclusions, and all personal expenses.
• Blackout dates may apply.
• Forever52 shall not be responsible / liable for any temporary or permanent loss of, or damage to, or any kind of theft to, baggage or personal belongings howsoever caused.

Entries may be disqualified if:

• Entrants Instagram account is private during verification.
• Required tags/hashtags or product-in-frame are missing.
• Content has been posted outside the Entry Period.
• Content is plagiarized, reposted, or exhibits fraudulent/bot activity.
• Requisite verification materials/information is not submitted within the stipulated period or such information is false/misleading.

Forever52 uses manual and AI-based checks to verify authenticity of entries.

Failure to adhere to following conduct may lead to disqualification and, where applicable, legal action under Indian law:

• Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and ethically.
• The Participant must not directly or indirectly engage in any conduct or make any remarks or statements, whether oral, written, or otherwise, that disparage, defame, or that could reasonably be construed as disparaging or defaming, and/or otherwise negatively depict, this campaign, Forever52 or its officials on any forum, public or otherwise, including any online or social media platforms.

• All personal information collected, including contact details, proof of eligibility, and travel documentation, shall be used solely for the purpose of administering, verifying, and fulfilling the Campaign .
• Forever52 may also use participant data for future promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing communications in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Forever52 shall not be held liable for:

• Any technical failures, server outages, or transmission errors on Instagram or related platforms.
• Missed, delayed or incomplete entries due to connectivity.
• Delays, changes or cancelations caused due to force majeure, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions.
• Forever52 shall not be liable under or in connection with the terms of this undertaking, campaign or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by the Participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the Participant and Forever52 and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• By entering, Participant agrees to release Forever52 from all claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation, except where prohibited by law .

• This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
• Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Campaign.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with this Campaign.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Forever 52’s reasonable control, Forever 52 reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

By posting an entry or checking the consent box, you confirm

• You’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
• You grant Forever52 the rights to use your submitted content and personal data as specified herein.
• You meet all eligibility and entry requirements.
