Forever52 Raffle Draw – Policy & Terms & Conditions (India):

1. Eligibility

  • The raffle draw is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above who make qualifying purchases of Forever52 products during the promotional period.
  • Participation is valid only against genuine purchase invoices issued by Forever52 or its authorized sellers in India.
  • Employees, distributors, suppliers, agents, and direct associates of Forever52 and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Promotional Period & Registration

  • Live Date: 1st September 2025
  • Registration Start Date: 1st September 2025
  • Registration End Date: 21st October 2025
  • Result Announcement Date: 23rd October 2025

Customers must register their purchase at https://www.forever52festive.com/ within the registration period to be eligible.

For online orders:

  • Orders must be prepaid to qualify.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will only be eligible if successfully delivered before the result date.

4. Raffle Draw Process

  • Each eligible purchase invoice will count as one entry into the raffle draw.
  • Multiple purchases = multiple entries, but winning is not guaranteed.
  • Winners will be selected via a random computerized draw.
  • The draw will be conducted on 23rd October 2025 at Forever52’s Ludhiana office.
  • Winners will be announced on Forever52’s official website, social media handles, and via direct communication (phone/email).

5. Prize Claim & Conditions

  • Winners must present the original purchase invoice + valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport/PAN/Driving License) to claim their prize.
  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

For the Thailand Trip, winners must:

  • Hold a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • Arrange and pay for their visa application. Forever52 is not liable for visa rejection or travel restrictions.
  • Bear additional costs such as travel insurance, meals, personal expenses, or services not included in the package.
  • If a winner fails to claim or avail the prize within 15 days of announcement (or scheduled travel period), the prize will be forfeited and Forever52 may select an alternate winner.

6. Rights & Liabilities

Forever52 reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility of participants before awarding prizes.
  • Modify, postpone, or cancel the raffle draw without prior notice if required.

Forever52 shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues, incomplete entries, or delays beyond its control.
  • Any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered due to participation or availing of the prize.
  • By entering the raffle, participants consent to Forever52 using their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This raffle draw and its terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ludhiana, Punjab (India).
